Ok Guys it is your turn to move and breath and do some yoga.
Our Introduction to Yoga is a foundation class designed to introduce yoga to beginners. Students learn yogic breathing, movement categories or asanas, basic philosophy, simple anatomy, inner focus, integration and awareness in this experiential and very engaging class. Examples of the first poses we cover are the cat/cow, pelvic tilts, forward bends and chest expander. As the class progresses we introduce standing sequences, triangle, sun salutations, and warrior poses with modifications for all body types and ability levels. In our friendly, encouraging and safe environment students begin to explore simple yoga movements with great success. An excellent yoga sampler for beginners and superb preparation for weekly classes or home practice.

Meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month 7 – 8:15pm,
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep , is a deeply relaxing meditation practice from the yoga traditions. In yoga nidra, participants lie still on their backs in savasana (corpse pose) and are guided through the different stages of practice by a facilitator. It is very healing and repairs the nervous system and heals unconscious and conscious wounds and deeply held thought patterns.
Chakra Goddess Yoga Series – 6 Week Empowerment Series ~ dates TBA
Move, Dance, Breathe, Sing and celebrate being a woman! Curious about yoga chakras and how to free up more energy? Ignite your feminine powers with deeply nourishing, evocative and sensual yoga practices. Experience true yoga ‘sisterhood’ in a respectful sacred space. There is a different theme every week since each chakra has a different goddess energy, symbol and yoga flow corresponding to it. Simple ceremony, guided goddess chants and invocations set the tone for a juicy yoga experience steeped in wise woman knowing and healing. Strengthen, balance and heal your subtle power centers. Class concludes with warm river stone aromatherapy and deep relaxation for a total healing goddess experience.

Dive into your body in this unique, educational and empowering yoga series. Students find and experience their muscles and learn how to engage them properly in yoga poses. Great for injury prevention and special needs. Discover your inner body mechanics, organs, body systems, chakra centers and more in this lively experiential yoga anatomy class.
